About Modern college of Agricultural Biotechnology
Modern college of Agricultural Biotechnology is one of the renowned educational institute affiliated to Mahatma Phule Krishi Vidyapeeth, Rahuri. It is managed by the Progressive Education Society which runs a network of 62 Schools & Colleges occupying a significant place on the educational map of the state. College started in the year 2009-10, it is developing and achieving success accomplishments in various aspects day by day. The college has 50 acres beautiful campus, specious classrooms, well equipped laboratories, library with reading room and assembly hall etc. Positivity comes from interactions between students and qualified teachers.
B. Tech. (Biotechnology) is one of the most advanced degree course of 4 years with 8 semesters. It is a professional degree. Biotechnology has widespread application across multiple industries like food, pharmaceutical, chemical, bio-products, textiles, medicine, nutrition, environmental conservation and animal sciences makes a career in biotechnology one of the fastest growing fields with ample opportunities for qualified professionals.
